Purpose: This information is used SOLELY to conduct the checks you requested and to compile your confidential report.

Information for Payment Processing:

For paid services, payment is processed by our secure third-party payment processor, Stripe. We DO NOT collect, store, or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe handles this information according to their strict privacy and security standards.

Information Automatically Collected (Standard Web Analytics):

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit (IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, country, etc.).   • To Deliver Your Report & Communicate: We use your email to send your secure report link and any necessary service communications.
  • To Process Payments Securely: Via Stripe, as detailed above.
  • To Improve Our Services (Aggregated & Anonymized Data): We may use anonymized and aggregated data from scan patterns (NEVER your personal details or report content) to improve the accuracy and scope of our general analysis capabilities and identify broad trends. Your individual data is never singled out.
  • To Protect Our Services: For fraud monitoring, preventing abuse, and ensuring the security of our platform.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

What We DON'T Do:

  • We DO NOT sell your personal information or report contents to third parties.
  • We DO NOT share your specific report with anyone but you (via your secure link).

  • CVs, Cover Letters, and detailed scan input data: These are processed to generate your report. After your report is generated and available to you, this specific input data used for the core analysis is scheduled for **permanent deletion** from our active operational systems within a short timeframe (typically 7-30 days, to allow for any immediate support queries regarding your report generation).
  • Your Report: Your generated report remains accessible to you via the secure link provided. You are responsible for saving a copy. We may retain a secure, encrypted backup of the generated report for a limited period (e.g., 90 days) for customer support purposes (e.g., if you lose your link), after which it is also scheduled for deletion.
  • Basic Order Information: We retain basic order information (e.g., your email, name, package purchased, date, payment confirmation ID from Stripe – NOT your payment card details) for customer service, accounting, and legal compliance for the period required by law.
  • Free Scan Data: CVs uploaded for the free scan are temporarily stored for analysis and then deleted. Email addresses from free scans may be kept for marketing communication if you opt-in (we will make this clear).

You can request earlier deletion of your report or associated data by contacting us, subject to any overriding legal or operational requirements.
